Ahmad Al-Rayes our Engineering Consultant brings over 20 years of diverse experience in concrete and Precast concrete design,
shop drawings, and concrete behavior analysis. In addition, he has had the privilege of working in the field of industrial
flooring for 3 years, where he has honed his skills in site inspections, technical reports, resinous flooring systems,
cementitious flooring systems, concrete repairs, floor demolition/removals, concrete surface preparation, resurfacing,
and joint/crack repairs.

Our Operations Manager:
With over 25 years of diverse industrial flooring experience, our Operations Manager is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of expertise to the table. He has worked extensively with epoxy systems, concrete repairs, floor demolition and removal, concrete surface preparation, resurfacing, acid stains and dyes, diamond grinding, shot blasting, and joint and crack repairs. His skills extend beyond project management services for industrial flooring coatings, as he is also adept in cost accounting, safety oversight, scheduling, and production staffing. As a floor coating project manager, he has honed his abilities in supervising work crews, mobilization and demobilization, planning, estimating, scheduling, employee training, and project QC documentation. His confidence and expertise make him a valuable asset to any industrial flooring project.
